Managing work areas and regions
The areas view in the Manage area presents a listing of all areas defined for the customer account. The name and number of sites associated with each area is shown for each area.
It is possible to search for a particular area by any of the above criteria by typing the information to match in the search field at the top of the view.
Add a new area
To add a new area, select the "+ ADD AREA" option in the top right corner of the areas listing view.
In the form presented, enter the name of the new area. Area names must be unique for the customer account.
If needed, an external ID can be associated with the area.
Update the details of an area
To edit an existing area, open the area form by selecting the area from the areas listing.
The form for modifying an existing area is the same as used for adding a new area, except that its fields are pre-populated to reflect the current area configuration. Modify the details of the area as needed and click "Save".
