Managing tags for filtering and account organisation
The tags view in the Manage area presents a listing of all tags defined for the customer account. The name and number of sites associated with each tag is shown for each tag.
It is possible to search for a particular tag by any of the above criteria by typing the information to match in the search field at the top of the view.
Add a new tag
To add a new tag, select the "+ ADD TAG" option in the top right corner of the areas listing view.
If desired select an existing category or create a new category to which the tag will belong. Tag names must be unique for each category, or for all tags without a category.
Enter the name of the new tag. To add additional tags, click "+ ADD ANOTHER TAG" and specify the additional tag name. Repeat as needed.
Click "ADD".
Update the name of a tag
To edit the name of an existing tag, open the tag form by selecting the tag from the tag listing.
The form for modifying an existing tag is the same as used for adding a new tag, except that its fields are pre-populated to reflect the current tag configuration. Modify the name of the tag as needed and click "Save".
Note that it is not possible to change the category of an existing tag.
Associate a tag with one or more sites
To associate a tag with one or more sites, select the tag from the tag listing and select the SITES tab.
In the sites listing, select the sites you wish to associate with that tag, and click SAVE.
Filtering options are available at the top of the listing.
Disassociate a tag from one or more sites
To associate a tag with one or more sites, select the tag from the tag listing and select the SITES tab.
In the sites listing, deselect the sites you wish to disassociate from that tag, and click SAVE.
