User Session

Learn about User Session in REEN CMS.

Each time you log in to the REEN CMS service, you begin a new secure session which is specific to your user account and the computer from which you are accessing the service. If you access the service from another computer, you will need to log in and begin a new session from that other computer.

Logging in

To log in to the REEN CMS service, enter the user account credentials you have been provided and click "Log in". You can later change the initial password in your user settings after logging in.

If you have forgotten your password, contact REEN support and we will send a new randomly generated password to your registered email address.

Session options menu

A pull down menu is available by clicking on your username in the upper left hand corner of the window; providing access to user settings, this online guide, and logging out. It also provides a means to change between customer accounts, for those users with access to multiple user accounts.

Logging out

To end the current user session, open the pull-down menu next to your username in the upper left hand corner of the window and select "Log out".
