Past Plans
Past plans are service lists or smart plans which have passed their scheduled date, and are not intended to be executed if they have not been already.
Past plans may only be viewed. To view the details of a particular plan, click on the plan in the listing.
For smart plans customers, the plans presented will be marked with a status as follows:
DONE
The plan was completed by a driver, and all sites were serviced according to the plan.
INCOMPLETE
The plan as a whole was completed by the driver, but some sites could not be serviced.
QUIT
The driver quit execution of the plan before completion, leaving the remaining sites unserviced.
MISSED
The plan was not executed before the end of the day on which it was to begin.
