What are Plans?

The plans area presents all plans which are recommended to be executed on the current day, as well as past and future plans. Customers using service lists will see service lists in the Plans area. Customers using our Smart Plans feature will see smart plans in the Plans area.

Service lists and smart plans are recommendations only. Each customer is free to, and expected to interpret and adjust their operations accordingly, accomodating requirements and issues which were not taken into account when calculating and generating the service lists or smart plans in question.

Each service list or smart plan is calculated for a single content type, and includes all sites which should be visited and serviced as part of the plan. For customers using our Smart Plans feature, each plan will additionally be assigned to a specific vehicle and the smart plan will recommend the most optimal route for the vehicle to travel.
