Sites

The sites view provides several convenient methods for selecting and reviewing the status and history of all active sites.

Options are provided along the top of the view for searching and filtering sites by various criteria. The left hand side of the view provides a scrollable listing of all sites, showing site names, address, and current status. The right hand side of the view provides a map based presentation of sites by geographical location, as well as presenting the fill level history for each content type managed at a site.

Site listing

The site listing on the left hand side of the view is ordered by default according to the estimated date when the site will have containers which are full or empty, depending on whether the customer has a collection or delivery operation.

For each site in the listing, the content types actively managed at that site are shown, including the number of active containers of each content type. Along the right hand side, a colored circle indicates how soon each content type is predicted to require servicing. A content type which is predicted to require servicing within 72 hours will be shown with a yellow circle. A content type which is predicted to require servicing within 24 hours will be shown with a red circle. Content types which are overdue for servicing will have a negative value.

Users with configuration management privileges will see an "+ ADD SITE" option in the top of the view, via which they may create and configure a new site. See the Manage Sites section for details.

Sorting and filtering

The sort order can be changed in the "Sort by" pull-down menu, either alphabetically, by site name, or grouped by area.

The sites listing can be filtered by geographical area, content type, container type, tags, and when they are expected to have full/empty containers. To view and define filters, click on the "FILTER" option in the top right corner of the view. To reset a particular filter to the defaults, click the "CLEAR" option located to the right of the filtering option.

There is also a search field provided, which can be used to filter sites by matching any text associated with the site, such as the site name, address, city, postal code, etc.

Site map

The site map on the right hand side of the view shows the geographical locations of all sites on a regional map. Only those sites selected by the filtering options and included in the site listing are shown.

Hovering the mouse pointer over a site marker will show the name of the site. Clicking on the marker will open the site details view.

In the top left corner of the map there is a menu to switch between map view and satellite view. In the bottom right corner of the map there are options for zooming in and out, and for entering street view.

Site details

Clicking on a site name in the site listing or on the map marker of a site on the map will show the details of the particular site, in particular the current estimated fill level of each content type managed at the site, and when it is expected to be full or empty.

If there is a photo of the site available, users can click on the thumbnail of the image to view it.

For each content type, the fill-up or depletion rate is provided, along with the average volume collected/depleted per week is shown.

Individual container details, as well as a listing of recent service events at the site are also shown.

Users with configuration management privileges will also see an "EDIT SITE" option in the top right corner of the view, via which they may modify the configuration of the site, including managing the containers at the site.

Fill level history

The content type details for each site include a graph which presents the fill level history for that content type, for the total combined fill level for all containers used at the site for that content type, and if selected, the fill level history of each individual container.

To open the graph, click the "SHOW GRAPH" option next to the particular content type of interest.

The default period of time shown is 3 months, but periods of 1, 6, or 12 months can also be selected from the pull-down menu located in the top right corner of the view.

Vertical drops along the plot line in the graph represent collections detected at the site and vertical rises along the plot line represent deliveries detected at the site. The scale along the bottom of the graph indicates calendar dates, and the scale along the right side of the graph indicates total combined fill levels.
