Overview
The status area provides views for monitoring the current state of operations, such as key performance indicators, active sites, current fill level estimates, recent service events, and alert conditions.
The status overview is usually the first view you will see after logging in to the service. It provides a number of graphs and charts reflecting the cumulative efficiency of operations over time.
Alerts
Shows the total number of active alerts of each alert type. To view the alert details, click "See all alerts", which will open the Alerts view.
Urgent containers
Shows the total number of containers which must be serviced within the specified period of time before becoming either overfull or empty, according to the trend-based forecasts. Three time periods are presented, today, tomorrow, and witin 2 days.
Fill level
Shows the average fill level at time of servicing for all containers at all sites, including the range of deviation reflecting maximum and minimum fill levels during the same time period. The default presentation shows the current year to date for all content types combined.
Options for adjusting the presentation are provided in the upper right corner. To select a previous year, select the year of interest from the "Year" pull-down menu. To restrict the presentation to a particular content type, select the content type of interest from the "Content type" pull-down menu. To turn deviation off or on, select either "No" or "Yes" from the "Deviation" pull-down menu.
Collections / Deliveries
Shows the total number of collection or delivery service events per month. Service events are counted per content type. If more than one content type is serviced at the same time during a single site visit, the number of service events will be greater than the number of site visits. The default presentation shows the current year to date.
Options for adjusting the presentation are provided in the upper right corner. To select a previous year, select the year of interest from the "Year" pull-down menu. To restrict the presentation to a particular content type, select the content type of interest from the "Content type" pull-down menu. To restrict the presentation to one of "Weight", "Volume", or "Number of collections", select the preferred option from the "Mode" pull-down menu.
Plan execution
Shows the total number of sites which were planned to be serviced, versus the total number of sites which were serviced but not planned, planned but explicitly skipped, and planned but missed entirely. The default presentation shows the current year to date.
Options for adjusting the presentation are provided in the upper right corner. To select a previous year, select the year of interest from the "Year" pull-down menu. To select a specific month from the selected year, select the month of interest from the "Month" pull-down menu. To restrict the presentation to a particular content type, select the content type of interest from the "Content type" pull-down menu. To turn deviation off or on, select either "No" or "Yes" from the "Deviation" pull-down menu.
