Customer Account Scope
Access multiple accounts based on your privilege
If the logged in user has rights to access multiple customer accounts, the customer account scope can be changed by selecting the "Change customer" option located in the session options menu accessible by clicking the user name in the top left corner of the window, and selecting the desired customer account from the listing presented.
A search field is provided above the listing for easily locating a particular customer account by matching part or all of the customer account name.
Only one customer account can be active at any given time. All areas and views will present information pertaining to the active customer account.
Selecting a customer account from the listing will change the customer account scope to that customer and you will be presented with the initial default view according to the configuration details of that customer account.
Note that this option is not available to all users.
